Canadian Journal of Native Studies: Announcements https://journals.brandonu.ca/cjnsoa <p><span class="s2">Created in 1981, the </span><span class="s3">Canadian Journal of Native Studies</span><span class="s2"> is the oldest Indigenous Studies journal in Canada. It is a highly recognized</span><span class="s2">, peer reviewed </span><span class="s2">journal in the field of Native/Indigenous </span><span class="s2">Studies and publishes a wide array of articles focusing on issues related to Indigenous Peoples and Indigenous Affairs across Turtle Island and other locations around the globe.</span></p> <p><span class="s2">The </span><span class="s3">Canadian Journal of Native Studies </span><span class="s2">transition</span><span class="s2">ed</span><span class="s2"> to an online, open access journal in May of 2025, allowing us to expand on our current offerings.
